One of the Pacific Ocean's best fighting gamefish pound for pound, and quite delicious.  

The Pacific yellowtail, scientifically known as Seriola lalandi, is a remarkable species of fish found predominantly in the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. Personally, I prefer it grilled with a marinade of 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup worstershire sauce, tablespoon sesame oil, and a couple cloves of garlic.
